Business IT Services
Our flagship products, Total Server Care and Total PC Care, use a single platform to monitor and remotely manage your systems. The vast majority of problems are never given a chance to occur - prevention is the key. Remote access means that problems that do occur can be fixed without waiting for an onsite tech.
If an onsite visit IS required, it's at a discounted rate for systems covered under Total Care.
While we dislike the standard break-fix business model, we do offer it on a limited basis.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Our DataGard backup and disaster recovery solution ensures the protection and recovery of critical business data stored on your servers and PCs. DataGard snapshots entire servers or PCs as often as every 15 minutes, and stores the snapshots at your location on a backup appliance we provide. Recovery occurs in minutes – not hours, days, weeks or months.
Snapshots can be booted on the backup appliance, getting you back in business even if your server or PC completely fails.
In addition, data backed up by our DataGard System is copied offsite to the cloud.
Offsite backups can be booted from the cloud so that you can continue business as usual even if your location is offline in a disaster scenario – natural disasters, fire, theft, virus lockout, even accidents caused by human error.
